Just tell him that without criticizing what he can't control. Constructive criticism is for what can be improved, otherwise your just bitching.
Who gives a crap about black ,white, pink, blue whateverrrrrrrrrrr as long as the women you are taking pics of are as beautiful, hot bodied, great tans, and totally awesome breasts. All the ladies above are worth any red blooded man's attention unless they're dead. Thanks for some very, very good photos of some women that I will be dreaming about. Keep up the good work as this is not a wall of thousands of dollars photos. Great pics.
I agree with the previous commenter that it looks like you have a thing for black swimsuits. That's fine and dandy, but if you submit pics of girls in lighter-colored suits, or completely without suits, you'll get better ratings. Lighter colors make it more likely that you'll catching nipping or showing a cameltoe, and the extra appeal of no suits at all should be obvious. You do have a knack for getting the pics, so by all means keep at it. Good luck and good hunting!
