Did anyone have an experience with the "helpdesk" of this website ? i paid 55 USD a few weeks ago but despite receiving a few emails they never activated my access. It takes almost a week or more to receive an answer and they just close the ticket instead of looking at the content or provide a solution. Very substandard. Beware before you spend your money on this website. their special offer of 30 procent is always the same too, they allow stolen internet pics and ai content taking customers for fools. They just took my money but did not provide any service. it all feels like a cheap rippoff, taking people s money but not activating access. i paid 55 USD for nothing, BUYERS BEWARE
