Key West - Cowgirls Not Shy

It is hard to take good pictures in paint booths during Fantasy Fest. The girls usually stand with their backs to the public, facing the painter, so its hard to get a good frontal shot. There are usually lights against the wall of the booth to light the subject for the painter, so most camera shots are like shooting into the sun - not good. And the girls are more photo shy when getting painted than they are after leaving the booth and spending time walking around in public. So as a rule, paint booth pictures are tough. But rules are made to be broken, and this cowgirl posed for some very good pictures. She was not photo shy, and was happy to pose for pictures while showing off her new paint job.The contri starts with cowgirl in the paint booth, facing the painter, with her back to the gawkers, myself included. I wanted a picture of her front so I hung over a counter and aimed my camera at her from between 2 shelves. I was wondering if she would be peeved by my gymnastic antics, but by her expression you can see that she was amused by my efforts and enjoying herself, probably aware of how much of a tease it was for us to watch her from behind.BTW the title of the contri is inspired by the Brooks and Dunn song Cowgirls Dont Cry...
