Redhotgrani Chief Flasher There are Seaman, Chief Petty Officers, Ensigns, Captains and Admirals but only a few with top secret clearance know of the position of Chief Flasher. The rank is only whispered about on ship but when the ship has been at sea for long periods it is the Chief Flasher that keeps morale up, way up.
