Male in Public

Hi, Kate In spite of the fact that I'm a 55 yr. old, paunchy, balding, graybearded old fart, I still have a lot of fun with the " Naked in Public " photos. Yeah, I know, I'd rather look at the pretty ladies, too. I wish that more of them were brave enough to enter. I work alone, using an automatic 35mm camera with self timer on a sturdy tripod. This means I have to set up the scene, adjusting the tripod as necessary, trip the self timer, strip, hang shorts on tripod, run into my planned position before the 10 seconds are up, hold it till the camera shoots, run back, slip on shorts, pick up tripod and camera, get in the car and drive off. It FEELS like a very long time to be naked in public. But, I think it raises the ante a bit, don't you ? Especially when I was shooting at the Yacht Club, and my shorts blew off the tripod into the lake. It took a mad scramble to snag them before they sank. Then, my only garment was completely soaked. I was well " pruned " by the time I got home
