Since this section is for mature women & Milfs, I thought I'd share some beach pics for late September, celebrating the end of summer. Many of you have asked me before how I stay in shape at age 56 ... well, one of my favorite activities is beach frisbee. It's great exercise and and it helps keep my thick thighs toned LOL. Playing frisbee completely nude on the beach is so much fun and always brings a smile to my face. So, which pic is your favorite?
