In response to much of the negative commentary left on previous submissions...Camera: Canon FTb (primitive needle & lollipop metering, set your own f-stop, set your own shutter speed, actually have to focus for yourself, and HORROR OF HORRORS... you gotta use your own thumb to advance the roll of film)Lense: Canon FD 50mm 1.4Film: Kodak Plus X (125 ASA)Lighting: window light, sheers in the windows to diffuse the late afternoon sun, mirror behind the model to reflect back lighting.This was shot back in the 1970s, when IF you layed claim to the title "photographer" you developed that Plus X yourself, then set up the enlarger and trays to print for yourself. And you used all little forms of paper tools to lighten or darken images in the darkroom, so that face in shadows could be highlighted on paper.I am absolutely horrified to witness what scanning these images does to the ever so sharp photos that I printed on paper, well more than 30 years ago... but there is a purpose.
