Mia's Tubular Breasts

Are they horrible? I am a bbw (trying to lose weight, though) with very tiny tits. They are hypoplastic breasts, also known as "Tubular breasts" - which means I have constricted breast tissue. Also, the right is larger, and the nipple is, weird. I am so uncomfortable about it, and hope to have surgery to correct the problem, and then get implants.
