Looking for Colapesce s column we met many swimmers and a little clapping pubblic behind S during shooting, unfortunatly no picts of them. Swell, unleafy watched in sunlight, I had a lot of fun! This is the story about a Sicilian boy named Cola but everyone called him “Colapesce” because he loved the sea and he spent his days swimming and submerging under the sea; He lived in Messina, a beautiful city in the east tip of Sicily with his . She didn’t like the strange habits of Cola and often she said: “You will transform in a fish before or later”! Sometimes Colapesce went to the square of city and he told to the people the wonderful treasures he saw under water. One day , Federico II, king of Sicily, heard about Colapesce and his strange adventures under the sea. The king was curious and asked him to have a look in the deep sea and tell him what hold Sicily . Colapesce went to the deep sea and when he back he said “ Sicily founded on three columns but one of them has been damaged by a magic big fire that you can imagine”. “I suppose ”- he said - that Sicily in a few time, will be submerged by the sea”. Afterwards the inhabitants and the king Federico II were scared and begged him to help them. Colapesce, knew that going to deepest sea was really dangerous, but he decided to go. Since that time the king and the inhabitants didn’t never see him again. Everybody said that Colapesce really became half man and half fish and remained under the sea. Up to now he supports Sicily and prevents it subsides in the sea.
